The Spring Equinox is a time to gather together for common goals, awakening, healing and making your commitment to a higher purpose filled with truth, love, harmony and peace.  It is the Season of the East, a time of clarity and illumination.  We start our weekend with a Sunrise Ceremony to greet (Inti) Father Sun and the Eagle and the Condor.   We will build a Despacho, our prayer bundle offering to Pacha Mama (Mother Earth) and Wirechocha (Great Spirit) for the new life that is abound in the spring. Participate in an Inipi Sweat Lodge Ceremony to cleanse and renew.  It is a place where the Spirit goes to cleanse the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.   Well use Shamanic Journeying to ask our Spirit Guides for clarity and courage to answer the call.  We will dance, drum and sing at an Incan Fire Ceremony that honors our ancestors, the Great Spirit, Mother Earth and Grandmother Moon and Father Sun.  And we will Feast!

The Andean Fire Ceremony led by Dr. Robert Willix who is a Shaman-Mesa carrier in the Inka tradition.  In the Inka Medicine tradition a fire ceremony is performed at or near the full moon every month. The ritual of fire is to acknowledge that while fire was the last element in nature for man to discover, it is the element that most changed his way of life. Fire ceremony is a time of shedding and renewal and a time to give thanks for the gifts we receive from Wirechocha (Great Spirit) and Pacha Mama (Mother Earth). See www.fourmedicine.com for dates and location.
